'非常棒的位置，服务和设施。服务一流。无论是Villa的接待人员还是滑雪场的工作人员态度都非常好，非常客气。前台的妹子都很漂亮，还兼当司机，有什么问题都非常耐心的回答，有一次电话里沟通不清还特地跑到别墅当面给我示范。租赁滑雪装备时工作人员也非常耐心的给我们一件件试穿，还主动叫车送我们回别墅。住villa的客人在度假村内无论去哪都可以叫专车接送，去车站和购物中心也有专车接送，其实距离也不远，后面都不好意思麻烦他们了，自己走过去。别墅非常温馨舒适，房间也大，我们一层楼别墅住6大1小也没觉的局促。滑完雪泡个温泉，到服务中心喝个免费下午茶，再回到别墅点起个火炉坐在摇椅上简直是神仙般的享受。唯一觉得差点的就是温泉的设施，进门就要脱鞋，一路赤脚走到二楼，更衣室地板都有水，不是很干净，也没有按摩椅，和专门的温泉酒店还是有差距，但也算不错了'

'We stayed at the Dormy Club primarily for its location near the Bird Sanctuary but we found it had much more to recommend it. Our room was basic but very comfortable. The hot mineral bath facility was excellent with both an indoor and outdoor bath both of which were easy to access from our room. We were also pleased to find that many nice restaurants and breakfast places were nearby. The Dormy Club staff spoke English and were very kind to us. '

'本次是兩家共7人來輕井澤滑雪，住在"輕井澤村"。 交通方面，我們選擇住在這裡時就已經做好每天搭計程車的心理準備，但老闆很熱心，在她有空的前提下會協助送我們去車站或雪場，很讚(從車站或雪場搭計程車回來大約1000多yen)。 餐飲方面，本次住宿的兩晚在飯店附近的燒肉跟日料店吃，都還不錯。早餐則是前一晚在飯店旁的7-11(只開到晚上11點)買好，早上吃完再出門滑雪，也算方便。 另外對於滑雪客很加分的一點，"輕井澤村"附近就有一家雪具租賃店，相比在雪場裡面租大概便宜一半，超划算。(滑兩天以上的雪友可以考慮每天滑完後直接把雪版鎖在雪場裡的架子上，不用帶著往返，方便很多) 整體來說，入住"輕井澤村"給我們很好的體驗，非常推薦。 (這次滑雪有同伴不慎受傷，老闆幫忙載了我們幾趟往返醫院，讓我們很溫暖，也再次對老闆表達感謝，非常非常謝謝老闆的協助。) '
