'We travel to Japan every year and prefer to stay here because of how convenient the hotel is. Izumiotsu station is a short walk, there are 2 taxi stands downstairs. The Mr Donut and McDonalds are also downstairs. Finally, the supermarket is also a very short walk away. The hotel has been undergoing renovations for the past 2 years, but the noise wasn't bad this year. The rooms are spotless, but the common areas are slightly run down looking. I attribute some of that to the renovation as,...

'Owner was very kind and helpful.'

'location is good With sauna'

'Perfect location. Breakfast can be improved. '

'Great service and comfortable rooms, absolutely recommended. We had this hotel booked for our first day in Japan, when you leave the next day, there's an airport shuttle bus. '

'I booked this hotel because there is a free airport shuttle. Mentioned on the website and in Expedia. But I waited almost an hour and no shuttle! Only from the the to the airport and only in the morning?! Why is that not mentioned?? I send a few messages via Expedia to the hotel and never got an answer back! Very bad! Hotel so big and my room was ready, but you only get the key at 16:00… Pffft…'
