'Extraordinary beautiful hotel amidst rice fields, flowers and birds. You could walk to Borobudur, or arrange transportation. Staff is very friendly, makes you feel at home. Breakfast is fantastic! Rooms are very spacious and really chique.'

'Such a nice resort, great lagoon rooms and great view from the rooms. One thing for sure is this hotel needs stronger brand essence and identity. Love the staffs and the foods. Especially my favorite is spending my time in the Wine Lounges or the Public pool. The staffs are friendly but it can be much better, they can learn from other Starwoods Hotels especially in Bali. But my disappointment is my expectation on the venue not the staff or food. Implementation in everything can be upgrade to 99%...
