'Op zich een fijn hotel qua locatie en personeel. De kamer was ruim. Fijn dat er een wasserette in het gebouw zat. Jammer dat er geen ontbijt was. De locatie an sich was fijn, omdat je dichtbij station Namba bent. Alleen was het elke keer een zoektocht vanuit dat station/winkelcentrum om het hotel te vinden. Dat vond ik erg frustrerend, zeker na een lange dag. '

'Gemiddeld verblijf. Ontbijt was wel breed is aanbod maar vaak niet zo gezond. Gemengde service van personeel. Incheck niet warm ontvangen. Andere hulp was wel ok. En dan nog kleine details. Geen water op de kamer. Je moet met een kan ijs en water gaan halen. Weinig extra badkamerspullen dan de basic. Kortom. Prijs-kwaliteit; gemiddeld en dat is niet zo goed voor een naam als Citadines. '

'The hotel is at a great location with walking distance to many attractions and restaurants, room size is good and clean. Must say the staff are excellent, especially the cleaning staff are amazing - one day we went back to hotel while they're cleaning our room, and they quickly finished and apologized to us for waiting, we felt sorry to have rushed them. Only wish the beds are bigger. The only awkward thing is you need to take an elevator from ground to 1st floor, then take another elevator...

'Convenient location. Lots of food and small shops nearby. Hotel is very clean and tidy. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. We booked a family room and it is spacious enough to have all 6 of our suitcases opened at the same time with plenty of room left.There are also massage chairs and a eating/chatting area with a pool table in the lobby. Will definitely book this hotel if we stay in this area again.'

'Newer hotel, definitely not a 5 star hotel in room, service and breakfast quality. Bathroom smaller than one in Holiday Inn Express. Although rooms were paid in advance at arrival a relative high amount of bail was asked for and the small amount of tourist tax had to be paid directly and could not be put on the bill at check out.
The architect who designed the room should be sent back to school, what a bunch of unpractical errors.
