'Upon arriving to the property it smelled disgusting - couch was filthy, floors and corners that weren’t carpet had dust, webs, and dirt. There was a gasoline tank in a humid apartment which was a fire and health hazard. His personal belongings were EVERYWHERE - all in the fridge, his shoes and playing balls, his controllers, even a laptop! The cup holders in the couch weren’t even cleaned out and full of disgusting dirt and had a smoke hole in the couch which explained the disgusting smell...
