'Beds comfortable & all appliances worked, except for two (noted below). Other than that, false advertising. No 3rd bedroom. No gym. Not spacious. Tiny living room. Ground floor bedroom so small that king-size bed pushed against one wall. Basement bedroom has 2 double beds, 1 of which blocks closet. Very little kitchen counter space.
