'The blowdryer in my room did not work. When we went down for breakfast there were no forks. So myself and 4 other people asked the lady that worked there to bring more forks. She said she would then came out three times with no forks. Keep in mind we all had our hot breakfast plates in our hands. We then asked another employee, he too failed to bring forks. Myself and another customer ended up leaving and eating our breakfast with our hands. By this point it was already cold. Very disappointed...
