'HIGHLY overpriced for what you actually get, rooms are mediocre at best - outdated & small - $700 for 2 nights & the hide-a-bed couch was bent, only 2 coffees in the room, 1 bar of soap - staff treats you like an inconvenience asking for anything & there is no continental breakfast, pool was nice for the kids other than being very scratchy - all of my kids & cousins had cuts/scrapes on their toes from the walls and the bottom of the pool being so rough. 'The blowdryer in my room did not work. When we went down for breakfast there were no forks. So myself and 4 other people asked the lady that worked there to bring more forks. She said she would then came out three times with no forks. Keep in mind we all had our hot breakfast plates in our hands. We then asked another employee, he too failed to bring forks. Myself and another customer ended up leaving and eating our breakfast with our hands. By this point it was already cold. Very disappointed...

'The house keeping staff was awful, my room did not get cleaned when asked. Day of check out house keeping came in to finally clean my room before I was even checked out. Lots of homeless living around the hotel, not a safe secure feeling.'

'Beware of this host. We booked with this property, never received check in information, efforts to call the host were answered with an automated system, then when passed to the next level, they never picked up the phone. Without check in information we had to book a different property. So we paid a night and didn’t stay. Weren’t even given so much as an address. Expedia got invoked and requested a refund and the host refused. I am a decades long user of Expedia and never been treated like this...
