'Checking in and out were a bit harder due to limited hours of the desk'

'There are no staff on site to let people in. The property relies on WhatsApp to communicate with registered guests. This is not an app widely used in the US so I was unsure of the legitimacy of the request at first. The digital keys were challenging to use, mostly because the names of the different doors was in italian and I wasn't sure which was which.'

'Nice room and location'
