'We had both a great massage in the spa. We liked the variety of hot water baths. We had a special Japanese dinner with 17 pots and pans; quite an experience. It's handy that a little shops in the lobby sell food, drinks, trinkets and souvenirs. I liked my kimono and wished that I could take it with me. Overall a very Japanese experience.'
