Upon arrival, the management company did not provide the keys, leaving us locked out with two young children and forcing us to urgently find alternate accommodations on a holiday weekend. It was an extremely stressful situation. Vacasa was slow, unhelpful, and disorganized, offering little support when it mattered most. 'Laurie was an excellent host! The nest was so cozy and comfortable. The kitchen area was very well stocked and the sleep number bed was dreamy. This location was ideal for everything our family wanted to do - ski Stratton, shop Manchester and antiquing in Bennington. I even planned for a massage in Laurie’s studio 12/10!'

'Garbage cans were not available. Only one smashed can was there. And blinds could be updated definitely looking pretty old and worn. But nice besides that.'
