'This is a beautiful home in an ideal location. We had some challenges checking in, with the A/C, and with parking, but the owners were responsive and worked to resolve any issues quickly. There was more than enough room to accommodate our 11 book club members. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. '

'House is great for large families or multiple families. The check-in was easy. The kitchen was large and had everything needed for cooking. The driveway only really held 3 cars, but the garage held the 4th vechile and the golf cart was parked on the side pad, so no issue. It's a gated community and access to the beach was made simple with the golf cart. '

I reached out to Glam Destin and they brought us a new grill the nest day they were open and all of the accessories to go with it. This alone was huge for us for we wanted to grill on a daily basis. 'We absolutely loved this property! We have been going to the Destin area from Texas for 20 years and this is the first beach house we booked. We will never go back to a condo. The privacy, pool, and access to the beach was perfect. The property manager was amazing and prompt with our questions before the stay, and a few during. 'We Loved Soggy Dollar! It's so beautiful and Echelon hosts are excellent to work with. I do think it would be helpful for potential guests to know that none of the bunk rooms have doors -curtains only. There is no storage room for suitcases in the bunk rooms, or closets. or dressers or chests. Only one bunk room on the 4th floor has a separate bathroom. The other bunk rooms have no bathrooms. We had a total of 20 guests.The boys were the only ones willing to stay in the bunk rooms due to...

'This property has all the little details that others miss. The indoor and outdoor amenities are beyond the ordinarily provided things. The private beach is amazing! Public beach space is not that far from this property. On the weekends you especially appreciate the privacy as you look down the beach to view a sunset and see just how packed the public beach is. 'It’s less than a 5 minute walk from the front door to the sand. House has an amazing fully fenced yard for our dogs and an in- ground pool. The only down side was you cannot take tents or Shibumi’s of any kind on the beach. The house comes with 1 umbrella and 2 chairs but we had 7 people. I rented an extra 2 umbrellas for 369.00 for the week. We had 5 chairs of our own. That was the only unknown we ran across. Would definitely rent again !! '
