'We had a wonderful time celebrating our parents’ 50th anniversary on this trip. The house was perfect it comfortably accommodated everyone in our group, from elders to teens to little kids. We enjoyed all the amenities, and the management was incredibly attentive and responsive, making sure everything ran smoothly throughout our stay.The only drawback was the beach access. 'On the beach, condo has a great view of the gulf. Place was clean and comfortable. Love the Sandestin resort and all it has to offer. Great place to walk, jog, or bike...especially if you take the tunnel to the other side of resort. Village of Baytowne Wharf also a fun place.'

'The house was beautiful and laid out very nice for multiple families to stay together but still have their own space with bedrooms with all king beds and bathrooms. The only downside for us was a lack of outlets for electronics and night stand fans/lights in the kids bunk room. The family room area is small for a house that sleeps 14 people. 'Although abit dated in decor the room was clean and outfitted with everything you need. The managerial company was quick to respond to any concerns and the amenities were outstanding. Walk to the beach, free tram, and 4 pools and much more. '

'We Loved Soggy Dollar! It's so beautiful and Echelon hosts are excellent to work with. I do think it would be helpful for potential guests to know that none of the bunk rooms have doors -curtains only. There is no storage room for suitcases in the bunk rooms, or closets. or dressers or chests. Only one bunk room on the 4th floor has a separate bathroom. The other bunk rooms have no bathrooms. We had a total of 20 guests.The boys were the only ones willing to stay in the bunk rooms due to...
