'My key card kept freezing'

'Facility was typical 2-3 star hotel geared to both working roadies and travelers. Dated but clean with attentive staff week days as well as weekends. We experienced a faulty A/C, reported same, and was switched to new room when we returned from daytime events--all with a smile and desire to accommodate! Will book this hotel again when in Wichita.'

'Gotta be honest, between the noise from the room above us and the train horns all night, I didn't get a good nights sleep. The black out curtain didn't close all the way so we had a bright light from the front parking lot shining through the window. The final less than desirable thing was there were long black hairs in the bathroom sink and on the floor. I'll look for a different motel next time we are in the area for a gymnatics event.'
