'This rental met our basic needs. The good news was that it was really clean inside, great water pressure for the shower, & a safe neighborhood. Disappointment was the lack of curb appeal. The backyard and front yards were neglected. Mostly dirt, leaves, & weeds. With beautiful spring weather, we wanted to sit outside and enjoy. Yet, the outdoor space is woefully lacking. 'We needed to go to Wichita to take care of some things for my elderly mother in law. However, 3 of our kids families and 7 of our grandkids live in the area as well. Although only a few of the grandkids actually spent the night with us, it was place for all of us to gather, break bread, catch-up and watch some basketball. Alexandra, was a great host and very accommodating. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone and look forward to renting it again in the future.'
