'The 'Residence & Conference Centre' is a college dormitory turned into a (partial) hotel. The "suite" we reserved for a one-night stay was a very basic 2+ person dorm room, best suitable for couples or people (friends, family members) who prefer to have a room for themselves (since there were two separate bedrooms). The place was clean, the bed was good as was the shower and breakfast was basic, but ok for the price we paid. The best feature of this hotel however was the staff. Great service,...

'Prima verblijf. Keuken, badkamer en 2 slaapkamers. Alleen bedden wat smal om met z’n tweeën in te liggen. Goede WiFi en mogelijkheden om wasmachine en droger te gebruiken. Verder gunstig gelegen: koffiebar en tramhalte om de hoek en Distillery District op loopafstand. Erg prettig verblijf. '

'Stayed here in October 2025 on a business trip where I had meetings at the University of Toronto nearby. The property managers were super-responsive via text messaging, including making sure my arrival & check-in/obtaining the room keys went smoothly. Clean, great location right next to U of T, & super walkable with tons of dining nearby. Checkout was easy, and my deposit was returned as promised with no issues. Would stay here again!'

'I thought it was a hotel turns out it’s an air b and b, you are sharing space with people that is hosted by someone else, I had an incident where people were up around 2-3am yelling cursing fighting but turned out my host couldn’t do anything about it cause they were hosted by someone else and security is only there until 1am. My suite was clean and we had a nice view no complaints on the room or my host he replied to me in a reasonable time when needed the space was really comfortable'

'I’ve completed escape rooms that were easier than getting access …. It was to the point where my wife and I were thinking we got scammed. Thankfully security shared a cell number where we could reach someone from the company, but even after that there were multiple hoops to jump through and issues sending the wrong information.'
