'Absolutely incredible staff!'

'Very pleasant staff. Good location in St. Mary's. Nice place to stay. The traveler does need to be aware of the staffed hours are something like 9-6. Refrigerator in the room. Clean room.'

'Way overpriced; C$ 221.20 for a room without airconditioning. Temp in room reached 26 degrees Celsius. Then while taking a shower I noticed the small shampoo and shower gel were used and almost empty. Sad but true. At check-in the receptionist had a hard time counting the (partly) cash I paid with. Also a hard time to deduct the cash from the invoice and charge the rest to my MasterCards. The hotel itself has its charmes but is way overpriced. Guess it’s the new reality. '

'This was our second time staying at the Omni King Edward. Overall it’s a pleasant stay, the staff is very welcoming and friendly. When we arrived in the room the AC was broken, it was on constantly, pretty loud and it didn’t cool all that much. Based on the state of the room, it was clear someone had been trying to fix it but didn’t fix it in time. 'Property is centrally located within approximately 10 min. walk to any of the 3 main Stratford theaters and the downtown area. So it's extremely convenient to leave your car permanently parked at the property-provided spot in rear of home and head-out on foot. The hosts are VERY accommodating on check-in, breakfast meals, housekeeping needs, snacks/coffee/tea, and common area amenities.
