'Upon arrival, the manager that checked us in forgot to charge me for incidentals and had to have me come back to the desk to pay for them. I didn’t think anything of it at first, people make mistakes. The room hadn’t been dusted in quite awhile, unfortunate for me I’m highly Allergic to dust.. I spent the entire weekend sneezing and wheezing. When I asked to change rooms I was offered one room on the floor with the boys hockey team and was told I would not be given any additional opportunities...

'Clean rooms'

'They did not mention your apple phone cant pair with their samsung TV. It wouldve been helpful to know. Management is accommodating, some staff can be a but rude or unhelpful but management will help. Overall my stay was an 8/10. '

'did not like that the elevator was broken al the time we stayed there. the breakfast was really the basic.It was not set up great.if there was not enough space between the two side to get breakfast or drink/cereal and toast. '

'It was a nice clean hotel. They simplified the rooms by removing unnecessary coffee machine. Coffee and hot water readily available at the lobby. '

'The rooms need some major upgrades. I was offered a bigger room if I left a good review but I simply can’t do that. There’s next to no water pressure in the shower, if you need someone you gotta call a number so nobody’s really available at the front desk, banging on my door early in the morning, and the rooms need some major upgrades. I should’ve just stayed at the Comfort Inn across the street'
