'I was able to have early check in. The private bathroom off the main room was tiny. Coffee and cocoa were nice. The beds were comfy but the accent lights didn’t work and the shampoo dispenser was broken. Price and location were nice.. may book again.. spider webs outside 🤔😊'

'I really liked that we had our own space with everything we needed included. The kitchen was great as we were traveling with a cooler and food supplies. The decor was homey but showing signs of wear. The label “Brand new construction” will be misleading. The parking is off the street in a common driveway which I also appreciated. Overall, for a one night stop this unit served us well.'

'Convenient, quiet.'

'Never disappoints. Always clean and everything works.'

'What a gem! This house is so thoughtfully put together. The kitchen is incredible and made the stay that much better. The back yard was a wonderful place to unwind after a long day and look out into as your are making dinner. We all slept so peacefully on the comfy spacious beds. We will happily come back to enjoy this amazing home.'

'Had an amazing stay, thank you!'

'Where do I even start! My family and I loved everything this little home had to offer. It was so comfortable and felt like home. The bathroom was big and spacious while the beds were comfy as well. Thank you Wendy for letting us stay in your home while we were out playing on the river. It felt great to come back to a space that was cool and relaxing. We can’t wait to come back and visit.'

'The house and backyard are very well kept and clean. We felt very comfortable.'

'Gina was unobtrusive but available. The house was lovely and we were welcomed to take advantage of the shared spaces in addition to the Cowgirl suite upstairs with its king bed ( so comfy!) We walked the couple blocks to the restaurants and shops of historic Jacksonville. Highly recommended 👍'
