'Clean'

'Staff for check in and cleaning were very nice and had great service. Free tuk tuk rides to places closeby. Communication over text and email was a little slow though. Room, pool, sauna, gym and changerooms were very clean but the steam room was under maintenance. Not sure why the pool lights turned off at 9:30 pm but closed at 10pm.'

'Good place to get away'

'清潔感があり、とても過ごし易かったです。プールも素敵でした。 マレーシア全体の事なので仕方ありませんが、トイレとシャワールームの境界が無いのが唯一受け入れられない点です。'

'Good located for partying, lift system not really efficient. Sometimes waiting time is more than 5/10 minutes. Room was clean however daily or weekly cleaning was not included and not easy to arrange. Towels do not get replaced and replacement can only get arranged after arrival, as the landlord only send you an email with his contact details 24 hours prior to your arrival, as such you may still be on your way to Thailand and not been a le to reply..... It would be more efficient if the landlord...

'Everthing top'

'One thing I wish was made more apparent was that this is a condominium experience not a Hotel experience. Meaning any cleaning will have to be done by yourself which wouldn't be a problem if the price of the stay reflected, unfortunately it does not. '
