'Very clean hotel room. Customer service was excellent. During their breakfast and 5:30 dinner, food was great but there was no one cleaning tables as people got up and left. We stayed for two nights and I am pretty sure the hallways were never vacuumed! '

'We had some trouble checking in. We booked the property ahead of time, the property called the morning of our stay to let us know our room was not available due to a repair and would love us to 2 or more rooms at no charge. We asked for rooms together and they said absolutely. Then when we arrived, our rooms were on completely different floors. Everyone was very kind, it just seemed like a lack of communication. Everything worked out and we ended up getting rooms at least on the same floor. '
