'Staff was amazing'

'It was really clean and the employees were very accommodating and friendly. We plan to stay again when coming through, which will be often over the next year.'

'We love staying at all the Drury’s and look for them whenever and wherever we go. The staff was excellent except one person. They kept our room and the inside very well maintained. On the other hand, we were not notified that the swimming pool was down and was just opening the day we left. The outside sidewalk concrete was finished before we got there and never had the caution tape or the comes removed for the 5 days we were there. 'Everything was good until we tried to sleep. The air conditioner had a very loud noise coming on and off, which kept us up all night. Another couple in our group had the same problem. And another couple had to change rooms because the air did not work at all in their room. Apparently the system needs to be upgraded.'

'The pancake machine was broken in the breakfast room. The paint was poorly applied in the room, the caulking around the sink was dry but had dripped down into the sink so it was visible. The hallway carpet and area around the elevator were dirty with fingerprints on the stainless steel. Just a disappointment that details were not considered.'

'Check in was super easy! Was a very nice staff on night & morning. We didn’t have enough towels in our room but were able to get some quickly. The only downfall was that there was multiple stains on the bedding and couch. The pull out bed had a lot of stains as well. There was also hair in the bathtub. Other than that it was an excellent stay. Room was cold. Food was yummy and so was the coffee.'

'All of my problems were Housekeeping problems. They include: only 1 tissue in box in bathroom / no light bulb in light next to one bed / clock did not work / sink in bathroom would not drain / kept call service number with no one answering it / tried to talk with maid who seemingly did speak english / the way that one shower door was fixed, you had to lean in to tirn shower on and got blasted with cold water.'

'This was a business trip so a clean, safe. quiet hotel with reliable internet are top priorities. My only minor gripe was the breakfast selection was missing yogurt and oatmeal (emphasis on minor gripe). I do have to give Don a big shout out for helping me with an early check in. Thx Don!!'

'The property looked very nice. However, the elevators were not working properly. The elevator would go up when down was selected, and then go down. There was no plate in the microwave for warming food. The iron did not heat properly. Otherwise the hotel was nice and I would stay there again.'
