'Very nice place to stay'

'The Breakfast menu was all cold @ 6 am when it opened. The coffee was excellent. I have no complaints about the facility however someone dropped the ball in prep'

'Arrived to check in and was told there would be a $100 hold on my credit card for incidentals. I asked what incidentals? and was told incase I damaged the room or smoked in the room, really? The room had a hair in the tub, a used towel under the sink, urine stain running down the outside of the toilet, the bolt lock on the door didn’t work, and the floors were dirty. I took off my shoes and walked around in the room in my white socks and the bottoms became filthy.'

'Everything was great! Must be a newer hotel. Smelled like new carpets. Very clean. Every staff member we encountered was polite and very friendly. My only concern was when I took a shower, the tub was so slippery, i literally almost fell. They need those grippy strips on the tub floor. '

'The staff was unhelpful. The mattress was nothing but a bunch of squeaky coils that was soooo uncomfortable.The bedding had what looked like bodily fluid stains and the blankets were so thin like they were curtains. Several lighting fixtures and outlets did not work. The TV was extremely blue color and dark- attempts to adjust was useless. The breakfast was gross,the selection was minimal and second rate . the plates barely fit 1 quarter of a waffle, the coffee was watered down and the...
