'Always a great stay'

'Warning: Valet parking is essentially your only parking option. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and clearly very new. However, some of the challenges that come with a newly opened property affected our stay. We stayed for nearly a week and did not receive housekeeping service a single time. I called multiple times, and while the front desk staff were polite and apologetic, the issue was never fully resolved. I was told I would receive points as compensation for the inconvenience, but I have not...

The unit was extremely clean and organized, with a lot of thoughtful touches that gave it a very cozy feel. The hot tub was wonderful, and extremely private. Would definitely stay here again. The hosts were incredibly easy to work with, and were very responsive to any questions that we had. '
