'Hotel was recently refurbished. Elevator and ice machines do not work. Booked a room with jacuzzi tub - that apparently doesn’t exist. Still advertising jacuzzi rooms on their website. No reduction in the price for the higher room rate charged, just given a standard room. Staff were pleasant but could not offer a resolution and could not reach the Manager by phone, mid afternoon. Shuttle was prompt and efficient. We would not book here again although the rates are reasonable for an airport...

'Very clean, room w/kirchen, friendly and helpful staff, awesome gym, walking distance to museums. Loved it!'

'Alles was gewoon top, behalve tv’s. Die werken met een systeem wat niet echt gebruiksvriendelijk is. Maar verder was alles aan appartement uitstekend. Tip, gebruik de Star Parking in de Fanning Street, verreweg de goedkoopste in de omgeving.'
