'Had an issue with a smell coming from another room. Nothing the hotel had control over as it was coming through the bathroom vent. Housekeeping was great and brought a strong air freshener in to mask the smell. We reached out to the manager after the stay and he was wonderful and quick to respond to our issue. '

'Excellent property, beautiful place, spa is amazing. Hotel bar was great. My only complaints are the showerheads spray all over the place and it’s such a sharp stream that it really doesn’t make it easy to wash. And the toilet paper, just cause it says two ply Angel Soft sorry that version of toilet paper is not soft. View of the harbor was nice '
