'Consistent service throughout the years. You know what to expect each time. Not walkable to anything because of the avenue and lack of sidewalk access, but parking is good. Plenty of fast food restaurants nearby. The breakfast is decent and the eating area is clean. Good size pool. The place tends to be quiet. Will stay again if the price is right.'

'Check in was quick. Getting an Uber to and from Van Andel Arena was easy. Breakfast was filling and coffee was good. Our room was spacious, quiet and clean.'

'The staff was lovely, the rooms were clean, and the overall experience was great. The breakfast, which came with the stay, was much heartier than I thought it was going to be. The hotel is sandwiched between two very busy roads. Somehow, no matter what side of the hotel you stay on, you can't hear the traffic. Very quiet.'
