'A typical remodeled property formerly part of a larger chain. The paint was new and fresh. The carpet had been replaced with nice looking hardwood flooring. Those are the good points. The plumbing showed it's obvious age. Paint was peeling in the corners over the tub. The shower head was pretty disgusting and didn't work well. The hair dryer didn't work at all. The remote control didn't work at first, but the front desk clerk came to our room and solved the problem - something about the DirecTV...
