'I did like the location of this hotel. it was right downtown Hamilton. Very near the Jackson Square mall. And it has a (expensive) parking garage. And some of the staff where very nice,polite and helpfull. But that was about it in a positive way. Now for the downsides: They don't accept cash, till you say: I only have cash... A hotel is not a car rental. Hotels should accept cash. Period. There are only 2 elevators for 16 floors. Very long waiting time for the elevators. Imagine when 1 elevator...

'Staff was wonderful, rooms very nice, however, adding curtains to the dividing doors between bedroom and living are would add much needed privacy. Breakfast was very good, as well. Lots of construction going on in the neighborhood, so it wasn't a very scenic neighborhood. Overall, a very good stay'
