'The room was clean, the housekeeping staff and nighttime staff member were all great. The daytime staff members were not the friendliest or helpful. Breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast nothing special.'

'The 'Residence & Conference Centre' is a college dormitory turned into a (partial) hotel. The "suite" we reserved for a one-night stay was a very basic 2+ person dorm room, best suitable for couples or people (friends, family members) who prefer to have a room for themselves (since there were two separate bedrooms). The place was clean, the bed was good as was the shower and breakfast was basic, but ok for the price we paid. The best feature of this hotel however was the staff. Great service,...

'The room was also impressive. I liked the chairs set away from the bed. I was able to use my cell phone without disturbing my sleeping partner. Large, quiet room with a comfortable bed. Good blackout curtains too.'

'I was a little nervous about the “no check-in desk” (only emailed codes for the main entry and room doors) but it all worked out fine. The room was decorated interestingly. The scent of the soap/Shampoo was not for us, but the staff came minutes after we emailed them to remove it. Coffee shop is great. Location can’t be beat. Owner sat out on the porch one day chatting with guests. Friendly guy!'
