We purchased attraction tickets out of pocket and found out from other guest of other hotels that this band was given to them. With any stay in villiage. I had to look it up on the blue mountain website, when I confronted the front desk that I didn’t get it, they gave me the bands right away and offered to wave my resort fee, however it’s been a couple of days...
