'No staff on site. Room code didn't work, number to call only went to voice mail. Managed to get someone on the line to remote open our room door. There was no available restaurant or lounge on site. Screaming kids on our floor. No one at checkout to talk to. Room was very nice, but no service to speak of.'

'The room and property were amazing. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The on site food options were also great. The only negative was that we were randomly charged on our credit card and we don’t know why? (No damages and did not include the deposit fee). Other than that it was great.'

'Just found this lovely resort by accident and I’m so happy we did. We stayed for 1 night as we were going for a quick trip. Here are the PROS & CONS; The staff throughout the hotel/resort/restaurant were always very polite and happy to help! The room we stayed in was quite big which was nice but it could use a couch & an actual table instead of a side table with two chairs. The beach area was nice but could use an upgrade as there’s some uneven areas that need fixing. Lots of activities to do...

'We stop in Sarnia on our way to Michigan and have stayed at the Four Points previously, but we have a teen boy and need a one bedroom suite and they didn’t have one this year, so we ended up in their Executive Suite. The parking and building entrances are a little bizarre. The hotel restaurant wasn't open around 8pm on a Monday. The front desk staff was a little curt, but mostly fine. The room itself was very clean, very modern, and well appointed. They have L’Occitane products and a Nespresso...
