'The receptionist was delightful, helpful and excellent . The breakfast team were excellent. The gentleman behind the bar was excellent and charming and arranged for a lovely lady to serve us in the quiet lounge after dinner hours for a glass of wine and cup of tea. Unfortunately the young lady in the Spa was not as delightful. We waited for at least 15 mins before she showed up and even though we appreciated that we were asking for a last minute manicure she was not pleasant, did not explain...

'Just found this lovely resort by accident and I’m so happy we did. We stayed for 1 night as we were going for a quick trip. Here are the PROS & CONS; The staff throughout the hotel/resort/restaurant were always very polite and happy to help! The room we stayed in was quite big which was nice but it could use a couch & an actual table instead of a side table with two chairs. The beach area was nice but could use an upgrade as there’s some uneven areas that need fixing. Lots of activities to do...

'We’ve stayed at Langdon Hall a couple of times over the past 20 years. We had a nice visit… until check out time. It escalated quickly. The minuscule lobby was teeming with sleepy guests around a nearly empty pot of coffee barricaded by luggage. A front desk attendant tried to help me by tilting the pot spilling coffee on my hand. They should have simply brought a new pot of coffee to avoid the slow trickle and disperse the crowd. Then I patiently stood in a semblance of a line to be...
