'Super thin walls. You can hear every step. If you sleep on bottom floor the water pipes are right behind your head in the walls so you hear every flush or shower. Easy location to get to/from downtown Seattle. Just a few minutes. Street traffic is heavy during weekdays as there seems to be only one exit from the neighborhood. We parked along the street as the parking spot was difficult to get into with a large SUV.'

'We came from Cali to watch our Mariners beat the Giants. The location is perfect because it is far enough away from the madness of the city traffic but close enough to the public transportation to get there in a few minutes. I do recommend using the public transportation as it is easy to navigate and is $3 a person rather than the $35 Uber ride each way. The guesthouse we stayed in was clean and decorated nicely. 'The process was very simple and the communication was as expected. No problems. The property did the job but didn't wow us. Dated and marginally provisioned. The window coverings throughout were fine but not darkening, and the bedroom was way too bright in the morning. It actually has two bedrooms, one of which had a very comfortable bed, the other not so much. Also, no TV's in the bedrooms, which would have been nice for settling in after a long day.Again, overall OK, not great.'
