'Much better than expected. Enjoyed the higher quality items like the windows and doors and newer washer and dryer and more than needed kitchen. The location was exactly what I was looking for, out of the way but only 10 min from town. I was born in Baraboo, and come up to visit every couple years or so, and now I have a nice place to stay while I'm there. If you like it too, beware because I liked it so much I'm thinking of buying it. At the very least, I'd like a copy of the plans. A...

'Beautiful cabin in a quiet secluded setting. Host was very accommodating. I was disappointed in the beach. The lake had a lot of slimey weeds at the beaches. '

'We had another great stay at the Back Pond Cottage! We love its in-town location - less than a five-minute walk to restaurants, coffee shops and the marina. We stayed with another family - a total of five kids - so the quick walk to the marina made it easy to get out on our boat. Bonus - the marina offers free 3-hour public boat parking. 'This little place was perfect for us! It was close to everything but still tucked away enough that it felt more remote. Being directly on the beach/ river was spectacular. 'The decor and attention to detail was absolutely amazing. The care and thought the owners put into making it a comfortable stay for the guests was above and beyond. Plenty of books to relax and read, games to play, blankets to curl up with. There was nothing that they forgot to make out stay comfortable. The communication was fantastic as well.
