'Hot tub was nice and relaxing'

'After all the years that I have been going this one was good but not top tier or as good as the rest of my stays. The bathroom could have been cleaner. We stayed In a room on the first floor in the main hotel right next to the back entrance by the smaller parking lot. What concerned me is that the door remained open and unsecured all night and staff were aware as they used that door. With that being said someone tried to open our hotel room door and then begin knocking on it and this happened...

'Heat/ac worked well. Parking was safe and secure. Host was attentive and quickly answered our concerns. There was unfortunately a loud couple in the unit above us, but not our hosts fault. He did quickly try to handle the situation. The only additions to the unit that would be nice would be a grab bar in the shower and hooks on the back of doors. Small things!'

'We liked the room, but the shower looked so terrible that we avoided using it during our stay. I bathed my babies in the sink instead. The toilet holder broke and when I set up the couch for my kids to sleep on. I took out the pillows and blanket and there was this massive brown stain on it. It looked like someone had diarrhea, which made me wonder if any of the sheets we were using was clean. The kids did like the pool and the restaurant had delicious food.'
