We stayed for two nights to relax and recharge prior to a large family gathering. Casa Velas was perfect for our purpose. I wouldn't change anything.

We stayed at ME Cabo in Cabo San Lucas and really liked the location. The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from the marina, where you'll find many restaurants, bars, and shops. One thing to know is that ME Cabo is not an all-inclusive resort. The restaurants on the property are operated independently, so you pay separately for all meals and drinks. If you enjoy exploring different restaurants in town, this can actually be a great advantage. Unfortunately, during our stay the weather was extremely hot. Even though the marina was only a short walk away, the heat made it very uncomfortable to walk there, so we didn't get to enjoy that convenience as much as we had hoped. Because of the intense heat, we asked the staff if it would be possible to transfer to Paradisus Los Cabos, another Meliá resort that is all-inclusive. The team was incredibly helpful, especially José Luis, who went above and beyond to make the transfer happen. The only additional expense was a $20 Uber ride to the other resort. For us, Paradisus Los Cabos ended up being a much better fit. The all-inclusive experience was very convenient, with more than five restaurants to choose from. The food was good overall, and we especially enjoyed the Japanese restaurant. The staff throughout the resort were warm, attentive, and friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation. My only recommendation is to consider the time of year when planning your trip. We visited in late June.

El hotel está bien, está amplio y limpio, aunque ya se le nota un poco la edad. Durante el check in el personal fue atento y nos explicaron las instalaciones pero te quieren vender a fuerza su paquete de vacaciones, que no hubo problema al declinarlo. El resort fee incluye lo que son albercas, gimnasio nuevo y el acceso a Mantamar. Reservé a través de Expedia y los beneficios que anuncian ellos sólo apliquen si los cierras directamente en su página. El único detalle fue al hacer check out, que te hacen esperar a que vaya alguien a la habitación a revisar que no hayas consumido nada, en ningún hotel me había pasado eso, para que me quisieran cobrar una botella de tequila que nunca tomé. E igual el beneficio que tenía incluido por ser nivel platino en expedía nunca apareció, era una botella de espumoso. Si lo recomiendo, en la zona es el hotel más grande pero si hay puntos a mejorar.
