'Moeilijk te vinden. In achterafstraatje. "Receptie" in ander gebouw even verderop. Zeer kleine kamer. Echter wel alle voorzieningen aanwezig. Incl. complete keuken. Zou er niet langer dan 1 nacht willen verblijven.'

'This condo offers great location, beautiful views and I could say it is comfortable. A few down falls, the locations needs some maintenance to ensure all works as expected, nothing major. Communication is delayed until you are staying there. Using biometrics to open doors doesn’t always work, but there are work arounds, I ended parking outside most of the time.'

'I had stayed at one of the properties before and liked it. This visits was very different in quality. The house was not very clean. We found chips on the floor and the refrigerator smelled like the catch of the day was stored in it. They sent someone to clean it out again once we complained but they had to send someone again the next morning because the smell would not go away. The pool was dirty but they sent someone to clean it the next morning. The anchoring for the glass on the porch ...

'The property is definitely well located, near the Malecon (beach boardwalk, shops, restaurants, La Paz sign and statues) about 10 minute drive, also about 20 minutes north you have all the beaches that are known from La Paz as great beaches like Balandra beach, Tecolote beach. The property itself was comfortable, the beds were comfy and the golf view was great, however they lacked knowledge of service and some common sense. There was 4 of us in the room and yet only 2 beach towels, had only one...
