'My 9-night reservation was made 2-3"days before my scheduledarrival. I notified the property that I would arrive around 12:30 p.m. after an international flight; nobody replied. On arrival, I learned the property is a condo plaza with different administrators. There was nowhere to leave luggage, and the administrator initially did not respond through Hotels.com. I was eventually allowed to check in at 1:15 p.m. and requested a 2 p.m. checkout. I was then charged a 3% credit-card surcharge that...

'A nice small-scale resort with an excellent view. The place could do with some maintenance (paint coming off the walls and mould here and there). Also disappointing there is no restaurant (although there is an external restaurant onsite that serves decent breakfast). We spent the first night of our Yucatan trip here, which was nice enough, but wouldn't recommend it for long-term stay.'
