'Our stay was disappointing. There were ants in the room, which was very unpleasant. Some of the restaurant staff were also unfriendly and not very welcoming. Unfortunately, I was also injured during the trip, which made the experience even worse. Overall, this stay did not meet our expectations.'

'This resort is not new and some of the decor is quite dated, but it is very well maintained and the service was excellent all around. The rooms were also fantastic. We are a family of four with two teenagers and it made all the difference for htem to have their own beds (and the Murphy beds are of good size and quite comfortable). Special shout out to Amanda at the front desk for her attention. And to the Margaritas, which were delicious! '

'I normally have excellent experience in this place always my one stop when I come to Tijuana , this time the room was not completely cllean was we found condoms left from previous guest , als next day I had an appointment and the shower wasn’t working till my husband fix it, of course after I already took my cold shower , the staff normally is kind but this time was not a good experience to me '
