'Jessica and Kathy were the BEST employees during our three-night stay at this location. Their friendliness and going out of their way to help me were the best part of staying here.
Rooms - sketchy AC and very humid at times. No AC in the halls which seemed weird.
Beds were very comfortable and the Down-alternative pillows were GREAT.
Bathroom - very clean
Breakfast - good selection and even a vegetarian option Sunday.
Amenities - didn't use any.

'The hotel was nice and the staff were quite accommodating. However, there were a few issues. The a/c was so noisy in our first room that we ended up needing to change rooms. And little issues like constantly running toilets and exceptionally loud ceiling fans in the bathroom,that came on with the light, showed up in both rooms.
It’s an older property and amenities like TV’s are outdated. No SmartTV features available.

'My stay was completely ruined by a terrible odor in the room — musty, stale, and impossible to ignore. I reported it to the front desk but the issue was never properly resolved. To make matters worse, I requested a refund from both the hotel and Expedia and was denied by both. Absolutely unacceptable. Would not recommend.'

'So, when we first arrived, I was a tad concerned because no one was there or ever showed up but then after a few tries from corporate lol the guy in the back woke up and was beyond helpful. Mind you it was 1 A.M. so no hard feelings, I just started to get scared no one was coming and it had been a long drive. But honestly that was the literally only bad thing about the whole stay. 'Our room smelled. I sprayed perfume and had the cleaning lady spray her freshner all around but it still smelled. I dont know if it was the carpet or the air conditioner. But the smell would not go away. And we were there 7 days.
