'Great central location. Alex at the front desk was super helpful with our room accommodations and with helping us plan our visit around town. The hotel is of course old (1905) but is charming and well maintained, our bed was very comfortable and we had a nice jacuzzi bathtub in our room. I would definitely recommend this hotel.'

It was far enough from downtown to be away from the loud noises and crowds, but close enough to be able to walk to within five to ten minutes. There was a guaranteed parking space for us in their private parking lot. The couple who ran it were great to my teenage children. They showed off their pet animals. Bed was surprisingly one of the most comfortable I've experienced away from home. Jetted tub was extremely large and takes forever to fill but worth it in the end. Stayed in the cliffside with very little complaints I would 10/10 stay here again. Walking distance to downtown and always having a place to park nearby especially during busy tourist days is major plus. '

'The place was cute and homey, but internet & TV didn't work each night. Had to notify owner who tried to help, but it took a long time to get it on. Tuesday & Wednesday were not able to get internet or TV at all. Maid came over to address problem, but she wasn't able to get it on either.
Requesting a refund because internet or TV were functional as advertised.
