'Cannot stress enough how UNBELIEVABLY friendly AND efficient owner Eddie is...he replied instantly to my WhatsApp after 5pm, was involved, helpful and polite and answered every question without bitterness, resentment or impatience. This is a FAR cry from what passes for "customer so-called service" in this city.
But my best part was seeing him outside the venue on arrival..he was waiting for my Uber!! And he didn't flinch to help with luggage...room was perfectly acceptable with a fan(yay!),...

De rooftop met zwembad is heerlijk om over de stad uit te kijken tijdens een sundowner. Ultiem van genoten. De kamers zijn ruim en super sfeervol ingericht. Net als de rest van het hotel.
Als ik iets zou moeten verbeteren zou het een iets uitgebreidere selectie zijn van al la carte gerechten bij het ontbijt. Maar het buffet was meer dan genoeg.
Ik kom hier zeker vaker terug voor de locatie, sfeer en het personeel!"
