'I was pleasantly surprised about how upscale and beautiful the hotel was. The room was great with all the amenities and decor especially for the price I got.However there were some issues and my ratings shouldnt have been so high.
Someone nextdoor spent hours singing and talking on a phone in the bathroom and I could here it LOUD and clear, but on the bright side at 4am staff was there quickly to address.
I could have used a map or directory showing where the fitness room, ice dispensers,...

'La cama y almohadas son cómodas, el desayuno básico pero aceptable. Es un hotel viejo, no muy limpio en las habitaciones aunque lo más sucio son los pasillos hacia los cuartos. Es bastante accesible a vías de autobús y metro que facilitan llegar a cualquier punto y el barrio muy tranquilo entre 6-22 h y limpio.'

'Loved the rooftop bar and restaurant. The service at the Lyric Restaurant on the Pier was fantastic. The Saturday night Fireworks and Drone show was great. This is a great place to walk straight up into the city center, Michigan Ave. Also a great place to walk the Lake front. '
