'They gave my room away and they just took my money and I haven’t gotten any kind of reimbursement. This service is terrible and I am very disappointed because now I’m just out of money and they were rude and I didn’t get any help from Expedia either they said they tried to call them so there’s been nothing no reprieve or nothing from my bad experience.'
