'We had birthdays for two people in our friend group and this place was truly so fit for the celebration! The space is well decorated, well cleaned, and well lit. We had a lot of fun touring the space and jumping between rooms and floors. The walk to rainbow beach was easy to follow. Host is very clear and consistent with communication. They’re very sincere in their efforts to improve the place and make sure there’s no misunderstandings. Truly, thank you so much for your space. We’d love to come...

'This is exactly what we were looking for. Location is good near beautiful side streets and walking distance from shops and good restaurants. Very responsive host. Nice decorative touches and clean, efficient cooking area. Clean apartment which could use updating but if you want updates you’ll just have to pay more. This was our second stay in this general area and we liked this one better. Definitely a reasonable price for this area. Ad is accurate regarding the apartment. '

I highly recommend especially because the location provides easy access to the train and therefore other parts of Chicago. I came to Chicago for a conference with my parents who are seniors and my niece, and Charles’ place alleviated my anxiety when away from them. Thanks again, Charles! '
