Vind je ideale hotel in Western Massachusetts

'We are return guests at this hotel having been there 4 years ago and this visit was awful! The breakfast area seating changed and no longer is a comfortable space! The coffee is terrible and is from the cheapest automatic coffee maker! The breakfast itself is quite different and my six friends that are guests here all feel the same! I went to the desk and spoke to an “assistant manager” who said he felt belittled! I assured him that my complaint was about the breakfast room and had nothing to...

'The hotel rooms are old. Our shower was dark and the circulation fan in the bathroom made a wretched noise. Lots of outside noise in the parking lot that we overlooked. We didn’t eat in the restaurant because they were short staffed.'

'We really liked the location. The room was big, bright and clean. Quaint place. We spent some time in the lounge area in the evening. It was nice and quiet. Lots of coffee shops nearby. Walked around a lot during our visit. The location was perfect.'

'The place was fine--I don't demand much of a hotel. It is basically a place to sleep. However, more discerning travelers might have been upset by the fact that the supplemental door lock didn't work, one of the shelves in the closed was broken and the one day out of four that we had maid service, they seemed to only half finish the job. They may be very short of staff.'

'Clean, sleek, modern. Well designed and laid out room with added touches like bath robes/slippers. Lighting was in perfect locations and easy to use. I loved the massage throne! Only complaint was the water pressure in the bathroom sink and shower. It negated the wonderful rain head and other faucet fixtures in the beautiful bathroom. The large, anti fog, light up mirror is always nice.'

'Heel goed hotel. Management was heel goed. Eerste hotel waar ze het fooi probleem voor de kamermeisjes goed hebben opgelost; er ligt een envelop waar je geld in kan doen voor het kamermeisje op naam dat je kamer heeft schoongemaakt; je geeft het envelopje vervolgens aan de receptie af die er voor zorgt dat het geld bij het betreffende kamermeisje terecht komt. Zeer uitgebreid en goed verzorgd ontbijt. Jammer dat de kamers wat gehorig waren; wij konden het telefoongesprek van de man in de kamer...

'Nice stay at this Holiday Express in Pittsfield. The staff were so polite and helpful, building looked brand new. My husband and I were happy with the gym equipment, the pool looked nice and clean as well. Excellent complimentary breakfast that went until 10:00. 😊 Definitely recommend!!!!'
