Vind je ideale hotel in Western Massachusetts

'Heel goed hotel. Management was heel goed. Eerste hotel waar ze het fooi probleem voor de kamermeisjes goed hebben opgelost; er ligt een envelop waar je geld in kan doen voor het kamermeisje op naam dat je kamer heeft schoongemaakt; je geeft het envelopje vervolgens aan de receptie af die er voor zorgt dat het geld bij het betreffende kamermeisje terecht komt. Zeer uitgebreid en goed verzorgd ontbijt. Jammer dat de kamers wat gehorig waren; wij konden het telefoongesprek van de man in de kamer...

'It's a beautiful, traditional Inn, without modern amenities. Unlike some Inn's, you still feel like you have your own personal space, but yet it's still cozy. I felt like I walked into an episode of Gilmore Girls. It was wonderful. A must if you're in the area.'

'Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Alles werkend en aanwezig op de kamer. Ontbijt prima ,schoon. Voorzieningen in de buurt aanwezig. Aanrader!'

'Bathroom had a moldy shower curtain and bathtub was moldy. There was dirt and bugs on the floor. The paint on bathroom ceiling was peeling. The ac was so loud it was hard to sleep…'

'Excellent breakfast. Very clean room with modern features. Comfy beds. Easy access to dining options. Cost is good for the quality. Overall an excellent stay - highly recommend!'

'The location of this hotel is excellent. However, there was blood on the bathroom floor, stains on the sheets, and the fridge reeked of beer. When we asked the maintenance crew to give us five minutes to get out of the room, the cart was outside our door so we assumed that they would return and change the towels. They did not. The gentleman who checked me in was lovely; however, there was no one in the office when we checked out.'

'Terrific staff. When we had to shorten her stay by one day they handled it beautifully. They warned us breakfast on Monday and Tuesday is pretty scant. It's a charming area of town and of the region also'

'The place was fine--I don't demand much of a hotel. It is basically a place to sleep. However, more discerning travelers might have been upset by the fact that the supplemental door lock didn't work, one of the shelves in the closed was broken and the one day out of four that we had maid service, they seemed to only half finish the job. They may be very short of staff.'

'The Hideaway Inn is located ideally to walk to the lovely town of Lenox and right up the road from Tanglewood Music Center. It’s a lovely older property that has been well maintained with abundant period pieces. All good, so far. We arrived to find no greeter or hotel employee. Check in was automated. There in no elevator so these two seniors were left hauling their luggage up two floors of tricky stairs. Our room was small and there was one desk chair and a scarcity of horizontal surface to put...
