Eerste hotel waar ze het fooi probleem voor de kamermeisjes goed hebben opgelost; er ligt een envelop waar je geld in kan doen voor het kamermeisje op naam dat je kamer heeft schoongemaakt; je geeft het envelopje vervolgens aan de receptie af die er voor zorgt dat het geld bij het betreffende kamermeisje terecht komt. Zeer uitgebreid en goed verzorgd ontbijt. Jammer dat de kamers wat gehorig waren; wij konden het telefoongesprek van de man in de kamer...

'Excellent place to stay in Amherst, whether or not you’re visiting the university. Good food choices just an elevator ride away, plus many other choices at the other UMASS dining options. The breakfast is Continental plus waffles, and it features and non-gluten choices. The pastries are cut above what you expect from most hotels.'

'My family and I stayed here while visiting family in Monson. It was very convenient and safe. We were greeted with smiling faces upon our arrival. The staff were very accommodating and such a joy to interact with. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The breakfast was served hot every morning with a variety of options for my hungry teens. The pool was great on a couple rainy days. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this particular location based on the staff alone....

'My favorite place to stay in Amherst! You’re right on the village Green, a few blocks from the Dickinson Homestead, top-notch restaurant on site, wonderful Staff, great shower, comfy beds. We spent the evening chatting and reading by the fire in the communal living room. 10 out of 10.'

It was a beautiful historic site, and the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff were as expected from the other reviews of the property. I was traveling with my daughter who has celiac disease, and the Inn was able to provide her with a lovely GF option for breakfast that was as delightful as the rest of the offerings. True GF options while traveling are limited, so this experience was a gem.'

'The view was great. It is in 10 to 30 minutes of places I wanted to visit. The staff went out of their way to accommodate me with the personal items I needed. I didn't need to use the Kayaks or pontoon that they rent to use on Lake Laural. The only drawback is no beach.'
