'Heel goed hotel. Management was heel goed. Eerste hotel waar ze het fooi probleem voor de kamermeisjes goed hebben opgelost; er ligt een envelop waar je geld in kan doen voor het kamermeisje op naam dat je kamer heeft schoongemaakt; je geeft het envelopje vervolgens aan de receptie af die er voor zorgt dat het geld bij het betreffende kamermeisje terecht komt. Zeer uitgebreid en goed verzorgd ontbijt. Jammer dat de kamers wat gehorig waren; wij konden het telefoongesprek van de man in de kamer...

'It's a beautiful, traditional Inn, without modern amenities. Unlike some Inn's, you still feel like you have your own personal space, but yet it's still cozy. I felt like I walked into an episode of Gilmore Girls. It was wonderful. A must if you're in the area.'

'I got a message 1 hour before check in that the elevator was being serviced and should be operational by this evening. I got out of work arrived to the property at 5 pm and my room was still 25-30 minutes from being ready (housekeeping), meanwhile I was put on the 4th floor with no AC in the stairways at 100 degrees outside, just unacceptable. Sad because I was very excited to visit the spa and restaurant. The lobster crab cake appetizer was the best part of the trip.'

'All was good except that the room above us decided to do a 5k in their room starting at 05:00 AM. This wasn’t the hotel’s fault, but was their fault was the condition of the floors. Beyond the stomping, the floors creaked! We arrived late at night needing sleep before a long day of driving. We got almost none because of the noise.'

'We loved the property. The only issue is that being on the 2nd floor we could hear everyone walking above us. Otherwise the cleanliness of the room and the hotel was great. The kitchen was fantastic as well - it had everything you would expect. We didn't have a lot of interaction with staff but for what we did have interactions were appropriate and sufficient.'

'The Untold is wonderfully posh and unique. The rooms are lovely, comfortable and nostalgic. The main seating area, bar, and restaurant have a feel that is texturally understandable to the senses that says "stay longer" to your nervous system.'

'We've stayed here several times... myself, my 2 teen boys and our Newfoundland doggo. The building is on the older side, but decently maintained. The staff is super helpful and wonderful to interact with if needed. The housekeeping staff are very friendly and thorough. The chairs on the top of the hill behind the hotel are an excellent place to relax and the view of Monument Mountain is spectacular from there! If you enjoy hiking, access to the trails on Monument Mountain are just down...
