'The hotel is clean and simple which is fine for the price. Check-in is online and you have to do it yourself, so basically there is no personal contact if not necessary. When I arrived there was someone at the front desk but they are not there often. So when a problem happened there was no one there to contact. The first night I stayed a big part of the electricity went out (no reading lights, no wifi, no AC, no warm water, no light in toilets or showen). This went on till 11am the next morning....

'not easy tp find place'

'ホテルの立地は駅も近いし浅草やスカイツリーなど観光地に近いのはとても良かった ただ、ホテルの清掃やアメニティなどが不十分すぎました 5泊もしたのにタオルは3枚、アメニティも1回分、清掃は一日も入らずでした 途中で施設に何回も連絡したのに全く繋がらなく対応してもらえず、結局ゴミの山のままでした 綺麗で立地も最高だったのに残念でした'

'It is in a good location, very near to iriya station and restaurants and convenience store. The room is small but it is okay for family, and the beds are standard sizes. Overall it is a great accommodation.'

'Great place if you’re mainly looking for somewhere to sleep while exploring Tokyo all day. The location is perfect, with plenty of bus stops nearby, making it easy to get around. 'Limpieza cada 2 dias'

'Excellent staff and amenities! The attendant I had spoke English and made check-in very easy. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean and quiet, and there was a coffee bar with a good selection of flavors. The shower was excellent and the bed was comfortable. The room had a mini fridge big enough for drinks and snacks, but not a full grocery haul. There was a larger fridge and freezer in the common lobby. The location was very convenient. The price was very good and my stay was much nicer than...

'I really liked my stay. Everything including my bedding was really clean. I really appreciated the kindness and helpfulness of the staff and they also spoke English well. I made good use of the amenities on the second floor, such as the ice machine and the water machine and just the space overall to relax. I also felt very safe. There is plenty of transportation, restaurants, convenience, stores to satisfy any of your needs while staying at this place. I would definitely give it a try.'
