'Clean, great staff,close to everything.'

'The hotel is clean and simple which is fine for the price. Check-in is online and you have to do it yourself, so basically there is no personal contact if not necessary. When I arrived there was someone at the front desk but they are not there often. So when a problem happened there was no one there to contact. The first night I stayed a big part of the electricity went out (no reading lights, no wifi, no AC, no warm water, no light in toilets or showen). This went on till 11am the next morning....

Clean, every day they took out trash, and they left a new bag with clean towels, slippers, toothbrush/toothpaste by my door. Felt safe on the women’s only floor and great quiet neighborhood with a busy area w restaurants not far away that included a 711!'

'We booked a private room and didn't realize this is primarily a capsule hotel. The private room wasn't very separate from the capsule area and the walls were thin so we could hear pretty much every sound on the floor. Unfortunately some guests were moving around and packing through the night, so I didn't sleep from about 1:30 onwards. However, the cleanliness, amenities, staff, and location were great. The shower facilities and wooden bath were especially amazing.'

'とても綺麗なお部屋でゆっくり寛ぐことができました。 5階までの階段は心配でしたが2歳児も半分くらいは自分で上がってくれて、階段幅も広く良かったです。 駐車場も近くのパーキングに停めることができ、1晩で300円だったのは嬉しかったです。 冷蔵庫だけはMAXにしても冷えが悪かったのでそこの改善だけお願いしたいです。 また利用したいと思います！'
