'Lovely Sussex country setting. The bedrooms are all very cosy and tastefully decorated. The bathroom in our suite was very luxurious. Modern tv in the room with streamed channels available. Plenty of sockets for charging phones, etc. The hosts could not have been more welcoming and took very good care of us - thank you.'

' De kamers zijn niet goed ingedeeld . er staat maar één stoel in voor twee personen en dat is onhandig omdat je op je kamer moet ontbijten.\. Het bureautje is te klein om te ontbijten maar de bank is te groot, dat heeft geen nut. Bank en bureautje beiden omruilen van plek ivm lokatie van het te klein tv-tje , dat zonder buitenlandse zenders is ! In de douche ontbreekt een zeepbakje waardoor je telkens moet bukken om de zeep op te rapen , wat niet gaat door de te kleine douche..'

'Can't complain about the hotel. staff were polite and friendly and it was a reasonable stay. Like a lot of hotels around the UK, they do look tired . the communal areas such as the reception and bar were ok and so where the rooms but could do with a makeover. Something to note, like other hotels, parking is awkward and you may not be able to park outside the hotel. '

'Net hotel, voor betaalbare prijs. Dicht bij de bezienswaardigheden. Verwacht geen luxe, maar daar betaal je ook voor. Parkeren in afgesloten parkeergarage. Hele dag £ 18,-. Maar parkeren is gewoon duur in de UK. '

'I was warmly welcomed upon arrival and shown to my room. Staff were polite and caring throughout my stay. The room was clean and tidy, and surprisingly quiet given it was facing the street. There was a little noise from other guests banging around in the corridor, but just as you'd expect elsewhere. The bathroom was a little tired but was still servicable. The bed was comfortable, I slept well. Exiting in the morning was a bit of a faff, the door to the carpark at the bottom of the stairs...
