I pointed out that I had seen two rooms listed online through Expedia. Her response was that I needed a reservation number to proceed. On the spot, I completed the reservation via Expedia and secured a room. It would have been more efficient if the front desk employee had checked the system before addressing my query, as I could have...

'The website said breakfast and pool included but they only have coffee fyi though there’s some food places nearby and i couldn’t find a pool. One of the better Motel 6s I’ve stayed at though and the staff let us in our room early which was really convenient'

'We hebben 4 nachten in dit hotel verbleven. Prima hotel met uitstekend ontbijt en geweldig zwembad. In de omgeving veel restaurants en downtown Chicago is ca 40 minuten per auto, net als O'Hare vliegveld. Kamers ruim, ook onze double. Personeel vriendelijk.'

'No smoking room stinks of smoke, a lot be of dust and dirt on floor and expecially under the bed.. it’s near the airport so it’s very loud eith the planes, but we expected that. The only good thing about this nasty place was the Denny’s next door.'

'The parking was free. The hotel room was clean and comfortable. Different from other hotels was that the floor in the room was hard instead of the usual carpet. The breakfast in the morning was grab and go and sufficient for the price. I have no complaints and I saw that they also have an airport shuttle which is convenient. Would recommend booking this hotel.'
