'Check-In was amazing, staff was great. We have stayed here several times before and all visits were great. This last time, the room had a smell to it. I always carry Odor Eliminator when I stay at hotels , so that helped with the odor. Other than that, this hotel and staff are amazing.'

'Hotel was old and dated, but the room was very clean. We were in building B where the door was supposed to be locked 24 hours a day with room key access. It was never locked. Had a little trouble with our room key not opening the door, but if you kept trying it would finally work. '

'De leuke mensen die hier achter de balie werken kunnen de slechte staat van het hotel helaas niet compenseren. Serieus probleemet bedwantsen, slechte schoonmaak en matig onderhoud. Locatie is goed, loopafstand van Galleria, maar verblijf hier niet voordat het hotel is opgeknapt.'
