'Bij 1 van de badkamers was het bad/douche onbruikbaar omdat er een lekkage uit het plafond kwam. Keuken was behoorlijk incompleet, er waren geen pannen en nauwelijks kookgerei. De beheerder hebben we hierop gewezen en deze heeft dagelijks aanvulling beloofd en excuses gemaakt. Uiteindelijk is de keuken nooit aangevuld geweest en hebben we alle dagen buiten de deur moeten eten.'

'The apartment is very nice and very clean. It is a well maintained gated complex and extremely easy to go back and forth to MD Anderson. There are plenty of restaurants within an easy driving distance as well. Owner was very prompt to respond to any questions and provides little things that you may forget! Just a reminder to those that are not use to downtown city traffic noise (like us!), the tram does run next to the apartment. Thankfully, we brought a fan so it faded out the traffic noise and...

'The rental looks exactly like the pictures and bigger than we expected. It was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The location was about 15 or 20 minutes away from everything we went to including driving downtown to DreamCon. It is located right down the street to NGR stadium and if this place is available we will stay again when we come to see the Texans play. The host responded to all our inquiries promptly and was very gracious to us. '

'This rental was a perfect location for a family wanting to visit all of the museums and zoo. My kids attended camp at the Houston Zoo for the week. I worked from the apartment during the day and then we explored the area in the afternoon. The apartment was very spacious and had what we needed for the week. The pool was great with an outdoor grilling area.'
